Lake Illawarra PCYC plays host to boxing tournament

SPECTATORS and boxing enthusiasts were treated to an action-packed evening of boxing at Shellharbour Workers club on Saturday night, February 17, when clubs from around the region as well Sydney came together for a PCYC boxing tournament hosted by Lake Illawarra PCYC.
There were 15 fights on the card with two exhibition fights, three Olympic Trial bouts and ten Tournament bouts.
Local Lake Illwarra PCYC boxer Stef Klenke went down to South Sydney's Paul West in the 64kg division.
West also went on to take home the "?Fighter of the Night' award.
In the 81+kg division Lake Illawarra's Will wilson came out on top against South Sydney's Matvey Vyalkov.
