WARILLA Women's Hockey Club's division 3 had a successful day on Saturday, winning the grand final 1-nil against a strong RSL team.
The Warilla side left it til the lastminute to seal victory when Lauren McWatters converted a penalty.
Warilla's victory capped an unbeaten season, after which the club held its annual presentation. Karen Beveridge won best and fairest with Maddison Sears the runner-up.
Most improved went to Maddison Jordan while Simone Grimson snared the encouragement award.
Clubperson of the year went to Janelle Jordan and the Dale Green Testimonal Award to Angela Rowles. Club stalwart Kellie Hoppo received Life Membership.
