DANDALOO suffered a speed bump on their road to a treble of IPL championships in the form of a 2-all draw against Albion Park Whites Eagles on Friday night.
The champions-elect had to rely on an Ilija Prenzoski equaliser deep into stoppage time to secure a share of the points.
The ever-improving White Eagles led for 85 minutes thanks to a double from Osagie Ederaro.
Prenzoski pulled one back before equalising with the final kick of six minutes of stoppage time.
The point sees the defending IPL champions four ahead of second-placed Bulli with two rounds to play.
However, with the league leaders hosting relegation-bound Kemblawarra on Saturday, it looks like it will be a hat-trick of titles for Dandaloo.
The Bulli side missed two spot kicks but were still too good for Kemblawarra, winning 4-nil.
Eleventh-placed Warilla Wanderers are back in top eight reckoning after a surprise 3-1 win over Cringila Lions at Crehan Park.
Chris Smith bagged a double, with Darren Jones sealing the win in the 85th minute.
Dapto continued their horror slide, going down 2-1 to South Coast United at Kanahooka Lodge.
Darren Carney was Dapto's goal scorer with the three points secured by South Coast courtesy of goals from Ricky Bertakis and Ante Deur. If this form slump continues,
The Kanahooka Lodge outfit could surrender a top-three position for the finals series with Albion Park, South Coast and Port Kembla all within three points.
The Black and Whites scored a hard-fought 2-1 win over Picton Rangers at Wetherall Park.
Mark Picciolini and Daniel Aliffi scored for Port after the visitors drew first blood.
At Macedonia Park, Wollongong United moved to within two points of Picton with a 1-nil win over Tarrawanna. Oliver Vrtkovski scored the winner in the 80th minute.
At the other end of the table, Kiama will need a minor miracle to avoid relegation after a 3-1 loss to Coniston Lions.
The Lions had to do it the hard way when they went behind to a Tom Mayes goal midway through the first half and then had Ile Kostovski sent off before half time.
A stirring second half from Cono was rewarded with 3 goals, the first one from an own goal and before further goals from Devon Bonne and Christian Plakias secured the precious three points.
Kiama is six points behind Coniston and finish the season with matches against Bulli and Dandaloo.
Coniston need just one point from their last two games, against Dapto and South Coast United, to be safe.
