BERKELEY will meet University in Sunday's 2007 first division grand final after both sides scored wins in the weekend's qualifying finals.
The Berkeley side were too good for Balgownie Rangers 3-2 in a final at Ray Robinson Field, while Uni stunned champions Fernhill 3-1.
At Ray Robinson, Berkeley led 3-nil at the break thanks to a double to Tony Paglialunga and another goal to veteran Shorty Williams.
However, Balgownie threw everything they had at Berkeley in the second half.
Josh Faulks scored twice for Balgownie in the opening ten minutes of the second period to trim the margin to one goal.
However, Balgownie couldn't find an equaliser despite hitting the woodwork three times in a second half where they played the league runners-up off the park.
Meanwhile, University ended Fernhill's hopes of a first division double with a stunning 3-1 win.
The first half was scoreless before each side added a goal early in the second period.
Matt Hill handed Fernhill the lead before David Boscoscuro equalised for the Students.
Scores remained 1-all after 90 minutes, forcing both sides to extra time.
Ashley Stuart-Street gave Uni a deserved lead before Boscoscuro made the game safe when he scored his second for the game.
In the lower grades, Fernhill will meet Shellharbour City in the reserve grade decider while in youth grade, Fernill will face off against Balgownie Rangers. The finals will be held at Ball's Paddock, Woonona, with first grade to kick off at 3pm.
