Albion Park Junior Touch Starts with a Bang

ROUND One of the Albion Park Junior Touch Competition commenced last Tuesday with great success.
300 children in 32 teams began the season with high aspirations of developing a vast improvement in touch skills.
Junior Touch Co-ordinator, Kevin Waters stated the main aim of recommencing the junior competition is to provide the opportunity for children to develop a life long love for Touch.
Children from the U8s to the U16s tested their skills against each other.
In other club news, the NSW Junior State Cup is being held in February 2007 and Albion Park Touch will be entering two representative teams.
The U16 boys and U16 girls representative trials will take place on Sunday 12th November 2006 at Albion Oval.
All U16 registered players are invited to attend the trials.
Both teams will be coached by qualified NSW Level One Coaches.
