Woonona Tenders have been accepted for the erection of telephone poles (at) Bulli and Woonona.
Bulli The boy who was indulging in pony racing in Mr Woods Paddock* on Sunday last should select a more suitable day for such business.
* Woods Paddock was a farm on the site of the old Bulli Brickyards.
Balgownie A meeting of the Balgownie Football Association was held at Balgownie and a club formed. Officers were elected for the season and the club promises to be a strong one.
The Balgownie club played in the North Illawarra Rugby Union competition, which had its inaugural year in 1906.
Helensburgh At the police court a number of children were dealt with for stealing& they were each fined 10 shillings and seven shillings, three pence costs. This should act as a warning to them and others for the wholesale manner in which children steal fruit and vegetables from peoples gardens.
