Shellharbour City Council’s landmark court case against two of its own councillors concluded after a final two days of hearing last week, with the judge reserving his judgement.

Oak Flats resident and Vietnam veteran Bernie Payne has instructed his lawyers to write to Shellharbour City Council demanding a written apology after being unfairly removed from a council meeting.
